how much food is too much food?

Dear Hungry,

Very good question. It really depends on how old you are, how healthy you are, and the last time you ate. A healthy eating schedule usually consists of three big meals a day. It is also good to have smaller snacks between lunch and dinner, or even between breakfast and lunch, as long as you didn't have a late breakfast. There really is no right answer. Make sure to not always eat junk food, and eat fruits and vegables as well. If you are hungry, and havent eaten in a while, you should eat, especially if you are tired or feel weak. If you are just bored and eating, try to change having icecream, for example, to an apple. I hoped this helped, I'm sure you will stay healthy.
